PRICES

Prices Include: round trip air transportation from Belize City to the lodge, Boat transfer from the airstrip to the lodge, three meals a day, guided fishing each day ( for fishing packages), unlimited use of all amenities of the resort. .  It also includes all taxes and gratuities for waitstaff and housekeeping.   Prices quoted are in US dollars

Prices do not include: alcoholic beverages, sodas or  a tip for your guide.

2006 Pricing

If you have a group of four or more you may want to upgrade to a 2 bedroom villa with 4 people or a three bedroom villa with 6 people for $54/night/person extra.

Guides work an 8 hour day but extra hour fishing is available for $25/hour

*The price for two people sharing a room with only one person fishing is the same as the price when two people are fishing.  The boat and the guide cost the same whether two people are on board or 1 is on board.  This is a common dilema when couples visit and one fishes and the other does not.

If two couples travel together and each couple has one person to fish then you could take advantage by buying 2, at the 2 person to a room, non fishing rate and 2 at the 2 person per room, 2 person fishing rate.

Diving - 2 tanks : add $50/day/person
Sailing/Snorkeling Excursions: $50/day/person
Many other excursions range between $25 and $200

Payment and Refund Policy

A 10% deposit is required if you are booking more than 6 months in advance,  50% deposit is required when less than 6 months  until departure date with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. If you are forced to cancel with more than 60 days notice, you may keep full credit towards another trip or receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Deposits on cancellations with less than 60 days notice are not refundable unless your spot can be filled. MC, Visa, and checks are accepted. We recommend travel and or medical emergency insurance for all our trips.
