The Prices

Prices Include: round trip air transportation from Belize City to the San Pedro, Boat transfer from the airstrip to the lodge, choice of all menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, cabana lodging, guided fishing each day ( for fishing packages), unlimited use of all amenities of the resort. All prices are based on Double occupancy for the room and the daily fishing trips except where noted. Prices quoted are in US dollars
Prices do not include: alcoholic beverages, sodas or a tip for your guide and waitstaff.

The Standard beachfront room is either the Beach Nook or Sea View room, to upgrade to a second floor Reef View or Sun Rise suite please add $25 per night per person (double occupancy) or $50 per night (single occupancy)

2 bedroom Villas: Add $ 40 per night  per person ( quad occupancy - remember there are two bedrooms) or $80 per night per person (double occupancy) or $160 per night (single occupancy)

*The price for two people sharing a room with only one person fishing is the same as the price when two people are fishing.  The boat and the guide cost the same whether two people are on board or 1 is on board.  This is a common dilema when couples visit and one fishes and the other does not.

If two couples travel together and each couple has one person to fish then you could take advantage by buying 2, at the 2 person to a room, non fishing rate and 2 at the 2 person per room, 2 person fishing rate.

Diving - 2 tanks : $80/day/person
Sailing/Snorkeling Excursions: $55/day/person
Many other excursions range between $25 and $200

Payment and Refund Policy

A 10% deposit is required if you are booking more than 6 months in advance,  50% deposit is required when less than 6 months  until departure date with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. If you are forced to cancel with more than 60 days notice, you may keep full credit towards another trip or receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Deposits on cancellations with less than 60 days notice are not refundable unless your spot can be filled. MC, Visa, and checks are accepted. We recommend travel and or medical emergency insurance for all our trips.
