We depart from Yan Kee Way Lodge for the Burbuja area (a large lava bubble formation) on Osorno Volcano located at an altitude of 4,429 feet. We start our "Down Hill Expedition" at the Burbuja Ski Lodge Refuge where we'll begin with a trek upward toward the highest tower of the ski lift (approximately a 1-hour trek). Here we'll exper ience spectacular vistas of the summits of the volcanoes Osorno and Calbuco, the expanse of the 3 20 square mile Llanquihue Lake and the surrounding Andean Mountain Range.  After returning to the Burbuja Ski Lodge we'll receive safety instructions and begin our descent by roads and paths, which are, surrounded by native vegetation and fantastic views.  We'll end our adventure by visiting "Laguna Verde", and then return to Yan Kee Way Lodge.
